The Ideal Protein Diet is divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Weight Loss

Ideal Protein resets your body to burn fat and lose weight.

By restricting yourself from taking any carbs, the weight loss phase is scientifically designed to promote fat loss through a process called ketosis. Until you have reached your weight loss goal, you will always remain in Phase 1.

Phase 2: Stabilization

Ideal Protein resets your mind to maintain a healthy weight and form healthy habits.

After you reached your target weight, your body will fight back to regain what was lost. It is what’s commonly known as the “energy gap”. It makes maintaining and managing weight after weight loss a challenge because, during this phase, your body will crave more calories than required. That is why stabilization is essential, as it narrows the gap by adjusting the intake of protein, fat, and carb. This way, you can effectively manage hunger and maintain weight loss. Our Ideal Protein coach can conduct a weekly follow-up session for two months to monitor your carbs and track your weight.

Phase 3: Maintenance

Ideal Protein resets and allows you to live a full, healthy, and best life yet.

For the first 12 months after stabilization, our committed and professional coaches will continue to educate and support you on your way to wellness and optimum health. It is advisable to always have yourself checked by a coach during this period. You can either meet and talk with them in person or get connected with them through apps or social media. Under this phase, two semi-annual “tune-ups” are highly encouraged.
